This page will list our summer camp guidelines, information regarding lunches, pick-up/drop-off information etc. and will be updated frequently! Please check back on a regular basis and don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
First Day Registration
Arrive at the Conway Muse 15 to 30 minutes prior to your first session on Monday with your parent or guardian. If you have any questions that have not been answered previously, we will address them at that time. Please bring with you any enrollment paper work that was sent to you ahead of time with emergency contacts, etc. If you forget, we will have extra forms available for you to use!
Planning for Camp
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in easily. Gym clothes are good. When wearing skirts or dresses – wear
shorts or leggings underneath. Wear or bring with you, shoes you can dance in – flip-flops and shoes without backs don’t work for dancing!
Water and light snacks will be provided for both the morning and afternoon sessions. The lunch hour will be supervised but children enrolled for the full day will need to bring their own sack lunch. DO NOT BRING ANY FOOD THAT CONTAIN ANY NUTS or peanut oil. We have participants who are highly allergic and would not want them endangered. No microwave is available so pack cold options only.
Eat healthy before you come and be well rested when you arrive. Tired bodies bring on tired minds and may make your experience less fun!
We start on time. Participants may arrive 15 minutes prior to their enrolled start time. For morning and full-day students, arrival time is 8:45-9am and for afternoon students, arrival time is 12:45pm.
We love spending time with your children and teens. When the end of the session comes, though, instructors and workshop
leaders have places to go, and things they need to do. Please respect their time. We ask that you pick up your children within 15 minutes of their end time. For morning students, pick-up should be no later than 12:15pm and for afternoon and full-day students, pick-up should be no later than 4:15pm.
ALL students are welcome to stay all day on Friday's and participate in the closing program from 4-5pm each week!
Students may be dropped off each day following without their parent or guardian but every student may only be picked up and signed-out by an authorized adult listed on your enrollment paperwork to be provided. No student will be allowed to leave the premises without an authorized adult or, for 15 years or older teens only, written permission from their parent or guardian.
Someone will be taking publicity photographs for META’s use. If you do not want your child photographed you must let us know in writing on your enrollment paperwork..
Finding Us
Take I-5 to the Conway/Lake McMurray exit and go west. You are turning west into Conway, between two gas stations. Go a
couple blocks, watching on your left. You will see the fire station sign and the Conway ball fields on your left. Turn left at the station, go one short block to the stop sign. Turn right, look to your left, there is a large renovated barn and a parking lot. You are there.
